Roxanna Hewitt writes historical mystery and speculative fiction that explores the places where archaeology, science, and unanswered questions meet.

Her novel The Alexandria Cipher follows archaeologist Gabriel Hale as an unexpected discovery in modern-day Alexandria draws him into a mystery stretching from the ancient world to the present day.

Through The Ayat Chronicles, Hewitt explores forgotten history, evidence, discovery and the possibility that what we know about the past may only be part of the story.

History holds more than we think.
